We like to meet our customers, directly. But it is also an economical choice. On weekdays we transform our milk, but not on the weekend, where we have to sell our milk to a milkfactory, which buys it from us for 0.26 €/liter. Whenever we transform it ourselves, we keep more or less 1 €/liter.
