'Black Vitelotte' is an old potato species. It has a purple colour is oval and quite long, but not too big. It remains firm and it keeps its colour when cooked. Don't be surprised, the water turns green whilst cooking. Cook them in the skin and peel them afterwards. May be used for cooking, baking, mashed potatoes, fries, chips and salad. Tasty and great looking!
